Holes in the wall. East bedroom subpanel neutral and grounded on same bar. Panel not labled. No working outlets in bedroom. Bathroom holes in ceiling. No outlets, no windows. Tub supports broken. Light fixtrues hanging. Cooler in hallway open spaces in ducting. Middle bedroom lacking closet door. Outlet show open ground. Window broken out. Cannot view southside of yard due to gate being locked.
08/27/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE MROMERO Approved Unit 16 has been remodeled completely in the interior. H.C.D. has no objection to allowing for a reconnect once the permit T09CM00642 is in final status.
