I ASKED IF HE WANTED ME TO DO A INSPECTION, VICTOR MENTIONED HE WOULD NEED TO GET THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE TO GIVE ME PERMISSION. VICTOR WENT AND GOT 2ND TENANT DANIEL SOBESKI WHO ALSO LIVED AT TRAILOR. DANIEL MENTIONED THAT FORREST HAD BEEN ASKED TO LEAVE BY OWNER/ PASTOR JOHN BURRIS. DANIEL ALSO MENTIONED THAT HE WOULD NEED TO CONTACT PASTOR BURRIS BEFOR HE COULD ALLOW ME TO ENTER THE TRAILOR. VICTOR ASKED WHO WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING REPAIRS AND I EXPLAINED TO BOTH DANIAL AND VICTOR THAT AS OWNER, PASTOR JOHN BURRIS WOULD BE THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING ALL REPAIRS TO THE TRAILOR, THAT IF THAT IF THEY WANTED THE ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS ADDRESSED THEY NEEDED TO FIRDT CONTACT JOHN BURRIS. VICTOR ASKED THAT IF AN INSPECTION WAS NEEDED AT A LATER DATE COULD THEY RECALL FOR A INSPECTION, I MENTIONED THEY COULD. I GAVE VICTOR AND DANIEL MY CARD WITH CONTACT NUMBERS. INSPECTION WAS DENIED BY TENANTS. TRAILOR DID LOOK CLEAN AND IN FAIRLY GOOD CONDITION. VENT ON THE HOT WATER HEATER DOOR WAS MISSING ON THE EXTERIOR, THAT WAS THE ONLY ISSUEI SAW FROM A QUICH ASSESMENT. PICTURES WERE TAKEN. DNR HAS NO FURTHER ISSUES CLOSE CASE!! |
