Porch wood deteriorating. No violation with cooler- provides adequate cooling to a habitable room. Living room: ceiling light fixture not secured; north window by porch broken out. Kitchen: countertop deteriorated around faucet, needs to be replaced. Hallway ceiling leaking, roof needs to be replaced. West bedroom addition done without permits, incomplete, illegal electrical and arcadia door. Furnace in hallway needs to be serviced, door doesn't shut all the way. Cooler control loose from wall. Ceiling in bedroom falling down, missing closet doors. Smoke alarm doesn't work. Bedroom door deteriorated, doorknob assembly nonfunctioning. Exterior- plumbing vent inadequate, doesn't go thru roof; open electrical circuit at south side of trailer. Shed constructed without permits. Entire electrical system needs to be checked and repaired by licensed contractor- several outlets throughout trailer exhibit hot neutral/reverse polarity. Some of the outlets are ok. MLC
