Ceiling in bedroom falling down, missing closet doors. Smoke alarm doesn't work. Bedroom door deteriorated, doorknob assembly nonfunctioning. Exterior- plumbing vent inadequate, doesn't go thru roof; open electrical circuit at south side of trailer. Shed constructed without permits. Entire electrical system needs to be checked and repaired by licensed contractor- several outlets throughout trailer exhibit hot neutral/reverse polarity. Some of the outlets are ok. MLC |
