06/30/2006 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT RMENDOZA Violation FRONT OF HOUSE A PORCH LIGHT HAS BEEN INSTALLED ON A WOODEN PEDASTAL ABOVE THE ROOF. WIRING IS EXPOSED AND CONNECTION IS UNPORTECTED AND HAZARDOUS. A FLOOD LAMP HAS BEEN INCORRECTLY INSTALLED NEAR THE FRONT DOOR. ROMEX WIRING IS EXPOSED AND THE CONNECTION TO THE LIGHT IS UNPORTECTED AND HAZARDOUS. JUNCTION BOX LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE HOME IS MISSING A COVER. A SMALL STRUCTURE LOCATED AT THE NORHTEAST CORNER OF THE MAIN STRUCTURE HAS BEEN ATTACHED USING 2X4 JOISTS AND 3X3 SUPPORT BEAMS. TWO CARPORTS ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE HOME ARE ATTACHED TO THE MAIN STRUCTURE AND AREA RIGHT AT THE PROPERTY LINE. MADE CONTACT WITH THE OWNER AND EXPLAINED THE VIOLATIONS AND ADVISED TO SUBMIT PLANS AND SECURE PERMITS FOR REPAIR AND INSPECTION. JUNKED MOTOR VEHICLE IN THE FRONT YARD. GRAY BUICK NORTH DAKOTA PLATES HHP905 EXPIRED MAY 2006. ITEMS BEING STORED IN THE FRONT YARD. REAR YARD COMPLETELY FULL OF MATERIALS. STORAGE EXCEEDS THE 25% LIMIT. RM
