APPEARS SMOKER ONE LIVED IN UNIT AND IS EVIDENCE BY STAIN IN BATHROOM. INFORMED TENANT TO USE EXHAUST FAN WHEN HOT SHOWER ARE TAKEN. CLEANING OF STAINS ARE HOUSE KEEPING ISSUE. MADE CONTACT WITH MANAGER, HANDED OVER COPY OF COMPLETED WORK ORDER FOR PEST CONTROL OF TERMITE, N.O.V. WAS ISSUED FOR INTERIOR PEST CONTROL AND 30 DAY WERE GIVEN TO ABATE VIOLATION. N.O.V. WAS HAND DELIVERED. |
