MR GWEIN MENTIONED PARTIES BROUGHT TO HIS ATTENTION THAT THERE WAS WATER DRIPPING FROM THE FAN. THEY CUT OPEN THE DRYWALL, HAD A PLUMBER ISSUES THE PROBLEM FOUND THERE WAS A CRACKED TOILET AND FLANGE, IT WAS REPLACED, THE DRYWALL PIECE PLACED BACK INTO THE CEILING DID LEFT TO BE SURE THE LEAKING DID NOT CONTINUE. MR GWIN MAINTAINED THAT HE PLANNED ON REPLACING A BIGGER SECTION OF DRYWALL IN THE BATHROOM DUE TO POSSIBLE MOLD. I GAVE MR GWIN A CARD WITH A CONTACT NUMBERS. MENTIONED IF HE NEEDED ANY HELP IN THE FUTURE TO PLEASE CONTACT DNR HAS NO ISSUES. |
