MY FINDINGS ARE AS FOLLOWS: ELECTRICAL: 1) OUTLET ON EAST WALL (SWITCHED BY FRONT LIGHT SWITCH) SHOWS OPEN GROUND 2) OUTLET ON WEST WALL HAS 3 RECEPTICLES AS DOES OUTLET ON SOUTHERN WALL ABOVE SINK AND BELOW SINK CABINET 3) CHECKED SMOKE DETECTOR (NEEDS TO BE MOUNTED) 4) J-BOX IN BATH ILLEGALLY SET INSIDE WALL 5) PATCH HOLES FOR ELECTRICAL SPACES EITHER SIDE OF MEDICINE CABINET 6) EXTERIOR LIGHT NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED PLUMBING: 1) SHUT OFF VALVES AT ANGLE STEP MAY BE INCORRECT TYPE FOR BOTH KITCHEN SINK AND BATHROOM SINK 2) SHOWER VALVES NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED STICKING PAST THE TILE AND NOT SECURED INSIDE THE WALL. INTERIOR FEATURES: 1) COOLER MISSING A DAMPER. NEEDED TO COVER COOLER 2) STOVE FAN NOT WORKING FAN OPENING COVERED DUE TO COLD AIR 3) FRONT DOOR IN BAD SHAPE SO WARPED IT DOES NOT CLOSE PROPERLY, LACKS PROPER WEATHER STRIPPING, DEAD BOLT DOES NOT COVER OPENING, DOOR IS SEVERLY CRACKED AT DEADBOLT. LIGHT FIXTURES AT THE SOUTHSIDE (SOUTH DUPLEX) EAST AND WESTSIDES ARE NOT COMPLETED OR WORKING. CABLE LINE FROM ANTENNA (SOUTHERN STRUCTURE) NOT PROPERLY SUPPORTED. EXTERIOR FEATURES: HOLE IN EXTERIOR WALL NEEDS TO BE FILLED OR PROPERLY COVERED PLUMBING: GAS METER PULLED UNIT LACKS HEAT TRASH AND DEBRIS: EAST SIDE OF STRUCTURE NEEDS TO BE REMOVED. |

ONLY 4 ITEMS HAD BEEN ADDRESED (1) SMOKE DETECTOR (2) HOLE IN EXTIRIOR BLOCK WALL (3) OVER GROWN VEGETAION (4) HOLES IN BATHROOM UNIT NEVER GOT GAS METER INSTALED AND NOW THE COOLER IS NOT RUNNING HOWEVER TENANT MENTIONED SHE HAS NOT YET ASKED TO HAVE COLER TURNE ON. TENANT ALSO MANTIONED SHE PAYS CASH FOR RENT, HAS NO RECORDS SHOULD SOMETHING HAPPEN. I DID MENTIONED TO BECKY THIS WOULD BE GOING INTO ACTION DUE TO VRY LITTLE DONE TO ABATE ISSUES.
