I EXPLAINED I WOULD BE CONDUCTING A THOROUGH INSPECTION AND HOW THAT WORKED. LAURIE MENTIONED SHE UNDERSTOOD AND ALLOWED ENTRY. PICTURES WERE TAKEN. MY FINDINGS ARE AS FOLLOWS: INTERIOR FEATURES 1)DOOR IN BATHROOM RUBS AND NEEDS ADJUSTING 2)CABINET DOOR IN BATHROOM LACKS A KNOB 3)REMOVE ZIP-ITS (PLUGS) IN BATHROOM PATCH HOLES 4)SOUTH BEDROOM CLOSET DOORS OFF TRACKS NEED ADJUSTING 5)NORTH BEDROOM DOOR LACKS KNOB 6)CABINET NEXT TO KITCHEN SINK, RIGHT SIDE DAMAGED BASE NEEDS REPAIRS 7)CABINET BASE IN ISLAND SOUTH CABINET HAS A HOLE IN CABINET AND DRYWALL, NEEDS REPAIR. EXTERIOR: FRONT GATE NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED.
