12/01/2005 FOLLOW UP CODE VIOLATION DCOX Continued I investigated this complaint today and found an accessory structure in the south-west portion of the lot. The structure appears to meet set-back requirements and was permitted. The final inspections have not been called for and the permit has expired. I will send a Notice Of Violation to the owner and have him re-activate the permit and call for finals. At the completion of that action this case will be closed.
