11/17/2005 INSP - FULL EGRIFFIN Violation 1). Currently the following items are covering the entire yard, except for pathways. These items include, but not limited to; Machine parts working and non working, plastics of various sizes, car parts in rusted condition, oils containers, flammable liquid containers, bicycles, washers and dryers in different conditions. These items have been declared a nuisance and all items shall be removed under IFC 304.1, 304.1.1, and IFC 304.2 304.1 Waste accumulation prohibited. Combustible waste material creating a fire hazard shall not be allowed to accumulate in buildings or structures or upon premises. 304.1.1 Waste material. Accumulations of wastepaper, wood, hay, straw, weeds, litter or combustible or flammable waste or rubbish of any type shall not be permitted to remain on a roof or in any court, yard, vacant lot, alley, parking lot, open space, or beneath a grandstand, bleacher, pier, wharf, manufactured home, recreational vehicle or other similar structure. 304.2 Storage. Storage of combustible rubbish shall not produce conditions that will create a nuisance or a hazard to the public health, safety or welfare. As discussed on 11-17-05, a third of the yard shall be cleaned (with all material removed or placed in sheds) every two weeks.
