10/12/2005 COMPL - INITIAL INSPECTION TKNAPP Approved Complaint of excessive fumes in paint room. Spoke to Mike Maness, Production Manager. Found spray room not to have excessive fumes. Filters are changed daily and did not seem unusually dirty. Make up air system was operating. Air movement could be felt in the booths. Required that owner provide technical report indicating that spray booths are operating properly.
