10/07/2005 INSP - FULL FCONTRER Correction Required 2003 TFC-1008.1.8.3 Front exit door needs sign stating: This door to remain unlocked when building is occupied. 2003 TFC-605.3 Electrical J- box in the office missing cover plate. Make sure all extension cords are replaced with power surge protectors. 2003 TFC-904.11.5 Class K-rated fire extinguisher is missing the service tag,will need to have it serviced with tag attached. Extinguihers shall be service annually. The hood system was serviced.
