The concerns regarding and information given to property representive included the following: 1. Temporary C of O shall be obtained. 2. Building shall be used for no longer than 45 days. 3. Egress and Exit signs shall be approved by the building official. 4. No portion of the maze shall be further than 50' from an exit. 5. No open flame or flammable liquids. 6. Shall have an automatic fire detection system. 7. Guides shall be present with groups of no more than 20. 8. A lighting attendant shall be posted at all times. 9. Any change in elevation shall have approved lighting. 10. Guides shall carry a flashlight at all times. 11. Exits and egress paths shall have approved signs and markings. 12. The interior finish shall be Class A. 13. The building shall be equipped with a fire protection system throughout. |
