12/19/2005 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT RVIDAL Approved WENT TO SITE AND MET WITH THE OWNER. SHE SHOWED ME THE POOL IN QUESTION AND IT'S AN ABOVE POOL IN REAR YARD AREA. POOL IS 4' HIGH AND APPROX. 12' X 30'. THE REAR YARD HAS 5' MASONRY WALL AT BACK SECTION AND 6' OR HIGHER ON SIDES WITH NEIGHBORS. THE FRONT GATE HAS A LOCK AND SELF CLOSING GATE WITH A SPRING HINGE WHICH HAS BEEN ADDED TO AND WROUGHT IRON GATE. THE POOL HAS A SOLAR BLANKET AND A POOL COVER WHICH CAME WITH THE POOL AND UNABLE TO ENTER THE WATER. THE LADDER HAS BEEN REMOVED AND LAYING ON THE GROUND. THE ONLY ENTRY IS THRU THE HOUSE OR OPENING THE GATE WHICH IS LOCKED. DUE TO NO OTHER VIOLATION, THIS CASE WILL BE CLOSED. NO VIOLATION, CLOSE CASE.
