THE LOT IS CLEANED AND HAS SIGNS POSTED FOR SALE AT THE STREET AREA. I DID GO TO THE SITE OF THE OWNER LISTED AT 355 E. FT. LOWELL RD. AND TALK TO DAVID SMITH AND GAVE A NOTICE TO SECURE THE PROPERTY. I DID ADVISED THAT THE CITY COULD SECURE THE PROPERTY AND BILL THE OWNER LATER AND COULD MAKE ARRANGEMENTS ON HOW TO MAKE PAYMENTS TO PAY OFF THE BILL. THE OWNER WAS GOING TO TRY TO SECURE THE PROPERTY AND WILL BE DONE ON FRIDAY LATE IN THE AFTERNOON. WILL CHECK IN 5 DAYS.
