I DID LET THE OWNER KNOW THAT I WILL BE WRIGHTING A NOTICE OF VIOLATION AND WILL BRING IT IN A COUPLE DAYS. THE OWNER IS LIVING IN UNIT 1165 AND KEN LIVES AT 1167 IN THE SAME COMPLEX. WILL TYPE THE NOTICE. |

HE DID SIGN THE NOTICE OF VIOLATION AND WENT OVER THE REQUIRED REPAIRS PLUS OTHER ISSUES ON THE PROPERTY. HE WAS GOING TO START THE REPAIRS AND WOULD CALL IF HE NEEDED INFO ON CORRECTION BEING REQUIRED. WILL CHECK IN 30 DAYS. |
