OWNER STATED THAT ROOF REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED IN JULY TWO THOUSAND AND FIVE AS WELL AS THE SWAMP COOLER. INFORMED MARK THAT WE AT THE DEPARTMENT OF NEIGHBORHOOD RESORCES NEEDED A CONTACT NUMBER FOR TENANT THAT IS IN UNIT AS OF THIS TIME. MARK HAD SUPPLIED PHONE NUMBER OF TENANT'S MOTHER. CONTACTED TENANT'S MOTHER,TENANT WAS PRESENT. ASKED TENANT ABOUT COMPLAINT,TENANT STATED THAT REPAIRS WERE MADE TO COOLER AND THE ROOF ALSO. HOWEVER THE OTHER PREVIOUS COMPLAINTS HAVE NOT BEEN ADDRESSED AS OF YET WHICH CONSISTS OF DISHWASHER NOT OPERATIONAL,SMOKE DETECTORS,CARPETING.TENANT STATES SHE HAS CONTRACTED SCABIES FROM FROM CARPETING. INFORMED TENANT THAT THE CARPET ISSUE IS TO HOUSEKEEPING ISSUE AND IS THE TENANTS RESPONSEABILATIES FOR CLEANING. INFORMED TENANT THAT AN INSPECTION COULD BE DONE FRIDAY OCTOBER TWENTY FIRST BETWEEN THE HOURS OF TEN A.M. AND THREE P.M. CONTACTED OWNER AND INFORMED HIM OF COMPLAINTS OF SMOKE DETECTOR AND DISHWASHING MACHINE.OWNER STATED THAT THOSE WERE ADDRESSED AND ARE WORKING AT THIS TIME. INFORMED HIM THAT THERE WOULD BE AN INSPECTION AND WOULD BE CONDUCTED ON FRIDAY THE TWENTY FIRST OF OCTOBER BETWEEN THE HOURS OF TEN A.M. ANDTHREE P.M. OWNER STATED THAT THAT HE WOULD SEND HIS MAINTAINCE MAN OVER TO CHECK THESE ISSUES.
