TANK SERVES 5 UNITS, COMPLAINTANT JASON RETURNED AT THIS TIME, TALKED WITH JASON WHO SHOWED ME HIS UNIT, DID SHOW KITCHEN EXHAUST FAN WHERE HE STATES STUFF IS GROWING, IT APPEARS GREASEY AND DIRTY, JASON HAS PLASTIC COVERING HOLE, ALSO JASON STATES STUFF IS COMMING FROM COOLER VENT, HAS PLASTIC COVERING VENT, JASON STATED HAD BEEN TO DR'S AND WAS DIANOSED WITH TINEA, STATED ITS A BACTERIA, THINKS ITS COMMING FROM INSIDE OF HOUSE, ALSO SHOWED AROUND ELECTRICAL COVER PLATES THERE IS DARK COLORING, HE STATES IS MOLD, AGAIN LOOKS MORE LIKE DIRT, JASON SHOWED ME UNIT HE IS JUST MOVING FROM, WENT THROUGH PRETTY MUCH SAME ISSUES, DID FIND THAT THIS USED TO BIG ONE BIG UNIT, IS IN PROCESS OF BEING CONVERTED INTO MORE UNITS, NO PERMITS FOR THIS WORK, WENT OVER ISSUES WITH DAVID AND EXPLAINED THAT I WOULD NEED AL LITTLE TIME TO DO SOME RESEARCH TO SEE WHAT PERMITS HAS OR HAS NOT BEEN SECURED, ALSO EXPLAINED TO DAVID THAT I WOULD GET HIM A NUMBER OF OF A COMPANY WHO DOES DO MOLD TESTING, WILL CALL ON MONDAY.
