08/02/2005 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT JORTA Violation Inspection made and house was found to be vacant and neglected. There was some weeds in the front and back yards. On the side yard there are trash containers full of garbage that in my estimation could be about one week old. All doors except for one were found to be secured. The power was just cut off by T.E.P. and thus the reason for ice in the outside freezer. The gas is cut off and pinned. The water is on. I was able to reach the owner and explained the situation and asked him to bring along some padlocks for securing the property. W/in 1/2 hr. Mr. Aubrey arrived at the property and padlocked/secured the house door, freezer and 2 gates. I told the owner of the notice to be issued and Mr. Keeler was going to start on the clean-up 8/3/05 Two vehicles are also on this property: A) late model 4x4 Jeep white w/white camper shell lic. no. AZ 807JLM exp. Dec. '05 (B. Late model gold/bronz Ford Explorer XLT w/AZ plates MVD 444 exp. Dec. '04 According to the complaint there was rats on the property. No rats were found, but I do confirm the presence of mice. (see photo)
