07/11/2005 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT RVIDAL Approved WENT TO UNIT PER RICK SALDATE SUPERVISOR DUE TO CORDS BEING USED FROM ANOTHER UNIT. WHEN GETTING TO SITE, FOUND A CORD GOING TO ANOTHER UNIT TO GIVE POWER TO FANS AND COMPUTER. HAD CORD REMOVED AND ADVISED TENANT THAT HE CAN NOT ALLOW CORD TO BE CONNECTED TO GIVE POWER TO ANOTHER UNIT. CORD GIVEN TO TENANT ONCE DISCONNECTED AND TOLD TENANT FROM #118 NOT TO GO TO ANOTHER UNIT FOR POWER. CALLED MANGEMENT AND TALK TO A BOB PISKE. APPARTENTLY METER WAS REMOVED FOR NON-PAYMENT, THEN TENANT WENT TO PAY THE BILL AND WHEN METER WAS GOING TO BE RE-INSTALLED, TECH. FROM T.E.P. WAS UNABLE TO RE-INSTALL METER DUE TO ONE OF THE CONNECTORS FOR THE METER WAS BURNED AND MISSING IN AREAS. T.E.P. HAD PUT A COVER AND LOCK WITH NO METER AND THIS HAS BEEN SINCE 7-05-05. HAD ASK IF THEIR WAS A VACANT UNIT ON SITE AND THEY SAID YES. TENANTS WERE GIVEN PERMISSION TO MOVE TO UNIT 219 UNTIL PROBLEM SOLVED. BOB STATED THAT COST OF REPAIR AND STILL GETTING PRICES FOR REPAIRS IS REASON WHY NOT DONE. BOB WAS GOING TO MEET WITH THE CONTRACTOR TO SEE OF A REPAIR CAN BE DONE. TENANT IN UNIT 219, POST PROPERTY WITH DO NOT ENTER SIGN, NOTICE OF VIOLATION AND ADVISED TENANT THAT THEY CAN ENTER UNIT AND ONLY TO MOVE ITEMS OUT AND FEED ANIMALS. ADVISED CAN'T BE IN UNIT AFTER DARK ONCE REPAIRS DONE NEED TO CALL FOR INSPECTION TO REMOVE SIGNS. WILL CHECK IN 2 WEEKS.
08/13/2008 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE RVIDAL Approved PERMIT HAS BEEN ISSUED, T06EL00135, AND FINALED ON 10-26-06. HAS NEW TENANTS FROM WHEN COMPLAINT MADE. VIOLATION ABATED, CLOSE CASE.
