VISITED SITE, TOOK PICTURES, MET WITH RESIDENT MICHELLE, WHO STATED COOLER NOT WORKING PROPERLY, WENT THROUGH STORY THAT SHE HAD TO HAVE A FRIEND DO WORK ON COOLER DUE TO OWNER WILL NOT REPAIR, FRIEND COULD NOT MAKE ALL REPAIRS DUE TO THE INSTALLATION OF COOLER, SITS VERY HIGH FROM GROUND, HAS BRACKETS INSTALLED THAT WILL NOT EASILY ALLOW FOR REPAIRS, PAD REPLACEMENT, ALSO WENT OVER HOT WATER HEATER, AND PERMANENT SOURCE OF HEAT, BOTH TAGED BY SOUTHWEST GAS, DONE COMPLETE INSP. ON DWELLING, FRONT DOOR DOES NOT SEAL PROPERLY, DINNING ROOM LIGHT NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY, HAS EXPOSED ELECTRICAL WIRING, KITCHEN DOOR DOES NOT SEAL PROPERLY, COOK STOVE MISSING CONTROL KNOB, KITCHEN DRAWERS TRACK BROKEN FACE PLATE SEPERATING FROM DRAWER, BATHROOM LIGHT SWITCH MISSING COVER PLATE, BATHTUB CONTINOUSLY LEAKS, TOILET CONTINOUSLY LEAKS INSIDE TANK AND OUTSIDE AT PIPES, WINDOWS WOOD FRAME DO NOT PROPERLY CLOSE AND OR SEAL AS INTENDED, CONVENIENCE OUTLET REPLACED TO 3-PRONG, ON 2 WIRE SYSTEM, HOT WATER TANK HAS BEEN REPLACED, FLUE PIPE NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED, COLD WATER EMERGENCY SHUT VALVE FROZEN IN OPEN POSITION, LAUNDRY ROOM CEILING CRACKED, PEELING, WINDOW FRAMES DETERIORATING, SEPERATING DUE TO LACK OF PROTECTIVE COVERINGS, EXTERIOR STUCCO FALLING OFF, MISSING IN AREAS, MOTAR MISSING IN BETWEEN BRICKS, CRACKING, SEPERATING, ALL EXTERIOR WOOD LACKING PROTECTIVE COVERING ALLOWING WOOD TO DETERIORATE, HEATER FLUE PIPE TO SHORT, HEATER DIRTY, HEATER HAS BEEN INSTALLED OUTSIDE, DUCT WORK, ELECTRICAL SYSTEM HAS BEEN ALTERED, ADDED ELECTRICAL CIRCUITS, CALLED AND TALKED WITH ONE OF THE OWNERS TINA, TINA SHOWED ON PROPERTY, WENT OVER IMMEDIATE ISSUE OF LACK OF COOLING, OUT SIDE TEMP WELL OVER 100 DEGREES, TINA WAS VERY DEFENCIVE ABOUT ISSUE'S ALSO RESIDENTS HAS NOT PAID RENT, TINA ALSO STATED THAT THIS IS THE FIRST SHE HAS HEARD OF COOLER NOT WORKING, I EXPLAINED THAT WE ARE NOT GOING TO ARGUE THIS, WE NEED TO LOOK AT REPAIRING COOLER TO OPERATE PROPERLY, TINE CALLED SISTER BETTY WHO STATED THAT WILL GET COOLER REPAIRED AND WILL HOUSE RESIDENTS AT HOTEL FOR THE NIGHT, THIS WAS DONE, CONFIRMED BY JAVIER, PUT UP AT TUCSON INN, WILL FOLLOW UP ON MONDAY FOR COOLER REPAIR.
