IS 420 SQ. FT. A/C UNIT NOT ADEQUATE FOR SIZE OF UNIT, LOOKED AT REST OF UNIT, FOUND MISSING SMOKE DETECTOR, KITCHEN DRAWER TRACKS BROKEN, COOK STOVE MISSING BOTTOM COVER PLATE, REFRIGERATOR MISSING FREEZER DOOR HANDLE, BATHROOM SINK FAUCET DOES NOT OPERATE AS INTENDED BARELY SPRAY'S WATER, OWNER WAS THERE ON INSP. RESIDENT WAS WORRIED ABOUT WHAT OWNER WILL DO TO THEM DUE TO ME BEING ON SITE, I DID EXPLAIN THAT HE CAN NOT RETAILATE AS LONG AS THEY CONTINUE TO PAY RENT, WALKED POOL AREA WITH OWNER, COMPLAINT STATED THAT POOL IS GREEN, WALKED BARRIER FENCE OK AT THIS TIME, LOOKED AT BARRIER GATES, GATE ON EAST HAS HAD ANOTHER SPRING ADDED, ASKED WHY THIS HAS BEEN ADDED ARIC STATED THAT JUST TO MAKE SURE GATE CLOSES, SPRING IS ONLY ADDED AS TEMPORAY FIX COULD BE REMOVED, I EXPLAINED THIS, I ASK OWNER TO REMOVE TO SEE IF PERMANENT ORIGINAL SPRING WAS WORKING, WORKED FINE, GATE SELF CLOSED, SELF LATCHED, OPEN OPPOSITE THE POOL, LOOKED AT GATE ON NORTH SIDE, ALSO OK AT THIS TIME, ARIC ALSO SHOCKED POOL, WATER IS CLEAR AT THIS TIME. N/O TO FOLLOW, ON SOME MINOR LIVING CONDITIONS, RESEARCH TO BE DONE A/C UNIT SIZE VS. SQ FT. OF DWELLING, ALSO RESEARCH DUE TO 16 UNITS ARE ON INDIVIDUAL WALL UNITS. |
