REPAIRS NEEDED ARE BATHROOM - FAN DOESN'T WORK, TILE MISSING ON FLOOR AROUND TOILET, DOOR JAMB AND DOOR ARE BUSTED, ELECTRICAL OUTLET NOT GFCI PROTECTED AT LIGHT FIXTURE, LIGHT FIXTURE LOOSE ON WALL. BEDROOM - WINDOW HAS NO LOCKS, GLASS BROKEN ON FIX PANEL, DOOR HAS HOLES WITH LOCK NOT WORKING AND FALLING OFF, NO SMOKE DETECTOR, ELECTRICAL OUTLET HAS BROKEN COVER PLATE AND OUTLET BY DOORWAY. KITCHEN - EXHAST FAN NOT WORKING, ROACHES, ELECTRICAL OUTLETS NOT GFCI AT SINK AREA, CABINET DRAWER FRONT MISSING ON RIGHT SIDE. LIVING ROOM - WINDOW LOCKS ARE NOT WORKING, FRONT DOOR NOT SEALED FOR WEATHERIZATION, LOCK NOT WORKING WHICH IS MISSING THE STRIKER, CLOSET DOOR OFF HINGES, SMOKE DETECTOR NOT WORKING. FOLLOW UP IN 7 DAYS.
