DIANE DALE - REALTOR REPRESENTS INTRESTED NEIGHBOR NEXT DOOR. KIM FIGUEREDO- NEIGHBOR AND INREST PARTY FROM NEXT DOOR. ALEX OERHEICHT- SAME THE STRUCTURES AREQUITE DELAPATED AND IN SAME AREA FOUNDATION HAS CRUMBLED AND SIGNS OF FAILURE ARE PRESENT. THE NEIGHBOR WERE PRESENT BECAUSE OF THE LOOSE CORRIGATED ROOFING MATERIALS THEIR CERTAINLY POSE A DANGER IN HIGH WIND AND THE UPCOMING MONSOON SEASON. ALSO THE EXPOSED WOOD STRUCTURE MEMBER WHICH ARE ALSO LOOSE COULD EASILY BE ENGULFED WITH FIRE AND SPREAD TO THE SOUTH AND NORTH UNIT. THE EXPERT AND CONSULTANT PRESENT THERE ALL AGREED OF THE URGENT CONDIDTION OF THE STRUCTURE AND WILL BE SETING UP A MEETING IN THE NEAR FUTURE. IN THE MEANTIME IVE FORMULATED SAME THAT I WOULD LIKE TO PERSUE BASICALLY A CLEAN UP AND SECURMENT WITH REBUILDING OF THE FOCADE UNDER THE GUIDLINE OF ALL LOCAL AND NATIONAL ODRINANCES. THE IDEA OF STABILIZING THE STRUCTURE WILL BE DISCUSSED WITH DNR SUPERVISOR AND PERSONELL. THE FOCUS ONT HE NPO NEED TO BE MAINTAINED. NHARTMAN
