WATER METER HAS BEEN PULLED FOR TAMPERING AND NO PAYMENT. DAVID DUARTE OWNER OF PROPERTY HAS BEEN ADVISED TO CALL OR MEET WITH TUCSON WATER FOR GETTING METER REINSTALLED. TENANT- ALBERT LET ME CHECK UNIT IS VACANT OR UNOCCUPIED. TENANT TO REMOVE ITEMS TODAY AND HAS TURNED KEY TO OWNER OF PROPERTY.DAVID WILL CLEAN UNIT AND WILL CALL FOR INSPECTION TO BE DONE. INSPECTION WAS NOT DONE TO TENANT MOVING ITEMS OUT. HAS SIGNS OF TENANT SLEEPING FOR EMPORARY NON PERMINENT, DUE TO WAS ON FLOOR NO MATRESS, ONLY LACKING SMALL ITMS TO BE REMOVED. UNIT WAS PASTED.
