JUMPERS BEING USED, TRIPPLE LUGGING ON GROUND. THIS IS EVIDENCE THAT PANEL HAS BEEN INSTALLED POSSIBLY WITHOUT PERMITS. EXTERIOR TOP PORTION OF TRAILER ROTTING AWAY, ALLOWING FOR RAIN. FRONT DOOR: STEP OVER 3 TEARS, WITH HAZ. STEPS NO RAILING AND HAZ. PLACE 1X6 FOR SUPPORT. NO WINDOW ON FRONT DOOR, DOOR DOES NOT CLOSE PROPERLY & EVIDENCE OF NEEDING CONSTANT REPAIR. REAR DOOR: HASP LOCKED, NO STEPS. INTERIOR: PLATE COVERS MISSING FOR LIGHT SWITCHES, OPEN GROUNDS THROUGHOUT, FRONT DOOR NO FRAME, NOT ABLE TO LOCK OR SHUT PROPERLY. LIVING ROOM: WINDOWS DO NOT STAY OPEN, THEY NEED TO BE PROPT UP WITH WOOD. EXPOSED WIRING IN LIGHT ON CEILING. NO SMOKE DET. WALL MISSING PANELING. KITCHEN: CABINET UNDER SINK DETERIORATED, NEEDS TO BE REPLACED, WATER LINES LEAK, PLUMBING LEAKS UNDER SINK. NO GAS DUE TO NON-PAYMENT. STEVE DOES NOT HAVE VENT SHELVING FOR CABINETS. FURNACE DOES NOT WORK, SWAMP COOLER DOES NOT WORK TO WAY TO MOVE AIR. WINDOWS DOESN'T STAY OPEN UNLESS PROMT. HALLWAY: CEILING HAS WATER DAMAGE EXPOSING ELECTRICAL WIRING. NEEDS NEW CEILING & PAINTING. LACKING DOOR FOR CABINETS. BATHROOM: VANITY BROKEN & FALLEN APART, TOILET IS PLACED WITHOUT WAX RING.
