FOUND YARD TO BE QUITE UNKEMPT WITH WEEDS, TRASH AND DEBRIS IN YARD, FRONT SIDEWALK AND REAR ALLEYWAY. I LOOKED THROUGH ACCESS OPENING AT THE SUBFLOOR AREA OF THE HOUSE. MY OBSERVATION REVEALED A PUDDLEING OF APPROXIMATELY 4FT. IN DIAMETER WHICH APPEARED TO BE ORIGINATING FROM PLUMBING LINES, THE SMELL WAS HEAVY AND THAT OF RAW SEWAGE. A NOTICE AND ORDER WAS WRITTEN ON SITE AND A FOLLOW-UP NOTICE WILL BE MAILED. NOTE: CORRECTIVE ACTION ORDERED FOR PLUMBING AND YARD. |
