03/09/2005 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT JORTA Correction Required MADE INSPECTION INTERIOR ACCESS WAS DENIED BY TENANT MR. KYLE MINAHAN. IN REFERENCE TO SEWAGE LEAK KYLE INDICATES THAT THIS WAS CORRECTED SOMETIME AGO AND THAT EVERYTHING IS O.K. NOW. I WAS GIVEN PERMISSION TO GO THROUGH THE EXTERIOR OF THE HOUSE. FOUND YARD TO BE QUITE UNKEMPT WITH WEEDS, TRASH AND DEBRIS IN YARD, FRONT SIDEWALK AND REAR ALLEYWAY. I LOOKED THROUGH ACCESS OPENING AT THE SUBFLOOR AREA OF THE HOUSE. MY OBSERVATION REVEALED A PUDDLEING OF APPROXIMATELY 4FT. IN DIAMETER WHICH APPEARED TO BE ORIGINATING FROM PLUMBING LINES, THE SMELL WAS HEAVY AND THAT OF RAW SEWAGE. A NOTICE AND ORDER WAS WRITTEN ON SITE AND A FOLLOW-UP NOTICE WILL BE MAILED. NOTE: CORRECTIVE ACTION ORDERED FOR PLUMBING AND YARD.
