NORTH SIDE OF TRAILER HAS SEWER PIPING TAPED WITH ELECTRICAL TAPE. LEAKAGE ON GROUND (SEWEAGE), HARSH SMELL & NUMEROUS FLYs. WATER SPICKET LEAKING, THROWING WATER ON THE GROUND. WASHING MACHINE HAS TRAP ABOVE GROUND. PLUGGED INTO EXTENSION CORD WHEN USING. WINDOWS BOARDED UP ON SOUTH SIDE OF TRAILER. TRAILER LACKS SIDING ON SOUTH & NORTH SIDES. FRONT STEPS RAILING NOT CORKENED, STEPS ARE PULLED AWAY FROM TRAILER. INTERIOR: LIVING ROOM: CLOTHING THROUGHOUT ROOM, EXTENSION CORDS FOR T.V. AND KITCHEN, WITH CLOTHING AND FOOD THROUGHOUT LIVING ROOM. LIVING ROOM EGRESS BLOCKED BY DEBRIS. KITCHEN: GAS STOVE WORKS. SOUTH BEDROOM FULL OF CLOTHING KIDS CLEANING WHILE I'M ON SITE. DEBRIS ON GROUND. BATHROOM TUB BROKEN IN PIECES WITH WOOD SHOWING FLOOR. DRAIN NOT CONNECTED, ABLE TO SEE EXTERIOR THROUGH WALL DUE TO CRACKS IN WALLS AND TUB. FLOORING IS BROKEN AND READY TO COLLAPSE. NORTHWEST & SOUTHWEST BEDROOMS HAVE BROKEN WINDOWS. TENANT USING LAMPS WITH EXTENSION CORDS & CANDLE, ALSO USING KEROSENE LAMPS FOR LIGHT. DEBRIS THROUGHOUT TRAILER.
