THIS IS IN FACT A DUPLEX IN WHICH A FIRE ACCURED IN THE EARLY 80'S. THERE HAS BEEN NO TRANSIENT PROBLEM AND A PRIVATE PERSON IS LOOKING INTO BUYING TO REPAIR AND OCCUPY. MONICA PARKER OF WEST ADJACENT (1005 W. SONORA) STATES THAT THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS WITH VAGRANTS. ALL EXTERIOR WOOD SURFACES ARE UNPROTECTED, PEELING, ROTTED OR ROTTING. SOME METAL FASCIA IS RUSTED AND FALLING OFF. THERE IS NO UTILITIES TO THIS HOUSE. THE WALLS ARE CRUMBLING, EXPOSED ADOBE. TREE BRANCHES ARE JUST ABOVE ROOF, HORIZANTALLY 35 FT INTO ROOF SPACE. THE PROPERTY IS RUN WITH WEEDS, BROKEN WINDOW AND GRAFFITTI IN THE FRONT. A PICK UP TRUCK WITH EXPIRED TAGS IS PARKED AT THE FRONT, SIDE OF THE HOUSE WITH EXPIRED LICENSE PLATE, (APRIL 04), POSSIBLY PUT THERE TO DISCOURAGE WOULD BE INTRUDER. THE HOUSE IS CRUMBLING AND IN DISREPAIR. NOTE: THE HOUSE IS SITUATED ACROSS THE STREET WHERE PART OF THE RIVER PARK AND FACILITIES EXIST.
