SOME METAL FASCIA IS RUSTED AND FALLING OFF. THERE IS NO UTILITIES TO THIS HOUSE. THE WALLS ARE CRUMBLING, EXPOSED ADOBE. TREE BRANCHES ARE JUST ABOVE ROOF, HORIZANTALLY 35 FT INTO ROOF SPACE. THE PROPERTY IS RUN WITH WEEDS, BROKEN WINDOW AND GRAFFITTI IN THE FRONT. A PICK UP TRUCK WITH EXPIRED TAGS IS PARKED AT THE FRONT, SIDE OF THE HOUSE WITH EXPIRED LICENSE PLATE, (APRIL 04), POSSIBLY PUT THERE TO DISCOURAGE WOULD BE INTRUDER. THE HOUSE IS CRUMBLING AND IN DISREPAIR. NOTE: THE HOUSE IS SITUATED ACROSS THE STREET WHERE PART OF THE RIVER PARK AND FACILITIES EXIST. |
