Second floor problem with rear exit door, panic hardware did not work and not needed because Occ. load is 78 for building. Advised new owner they have to keep Occ. load at 30 or less for second floor, if they want more then they will have to go to DSC and show exiting plan for second floor. Had double keyed dead bolt remove from entry door to restrooms, which lead to rear exit door on first floor. Also had double keyed dead bolt remove from rear exit door on first floor. Owner will install panic hardware on rear exit so that people can exit out but be able to come in for store safety. |
