11/30/2004 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT RSALDATE Approved INITIAL INSPECTION: RICK AND CECI FROM DNR. WILLIAM REN (OWNER) ON SITE. RICK & CECI ATTEMPTED ENTRY WHICH RESULTED IN MR. BILLS BECOMING ANGRY AND VAGUE IF HE WAS GRANTING ENTRY TO INSPECT. CECI HAD RICK LEAVE THE INTERIOR AND WAS FINALLY CLARIFIED BY MR. BILLS THAT HE WANTED AN INSPECTION. ONCE INSIDE INSPECTION WAS COMMENCED WITH MR. BILLS ARGUING. HE THEN BECAME VERY UPSET AND IRATE TOWARDS CECI WHICH ESCALATED TO THE POINT OF RICK STRONGLY SUGGESTING THAT SHE AND HE LEAVE THE PREMISES. MR. BILS WAS USING REPEATED PROFANITY, YELLING AND BECOMING PHYSICALLY AGRESSIVE IN POSTURE. AFTER EXITING THE FRONT DOOR, MR. BILLS AGRESSIVELY (DEF BY BODY LANGUAGE, HASTE AND VERBAGE) FOLLOWED UNTIL OUTSIDE WHERE HE BECAME EVEN MORE AGITATED. THIS ACTION WAS CONTINUED WHILE RICK AND CECI WALKED TO THE TRUCK AND WHILE DRIVING AWAY FROM THE PROPERTY. CECI TO CONSULT WITH CITY LEGAL IN ORDER TO REVIEW COURSE OF ACTION. CASE IS NOW PENDING THIS INFORMATION.
