HAS SPOKEN W/ MANAGEMENT SEVERAL TIMES, SINCE SHE MOVED IN 4 MONTHS AGO.

(2) WEATHER STRIPPING: CHECKED FOR SEAT OF FRONT DOOR, DID FIND LIGHT SHINING THROUGH WHEN DOOR WAS CLOSED. INFORMED MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR TO ADJUST WEATHER STRIPPING. SUPERVISOR STATED ADJUSTMENTS TO BE MADE BY DAYS END. (3) ELECTRICAL: LACK OF GFCI PROTECTION, UNCLEAR IF GFCI PROTECTION WAS REQUIRED FOR YEAR STRUCTURE WAS BUILT. WILL CHECK NEC CODE FOR REQUIRED GFCI PROTECTION. TENANT DID POINT OUT SOME AREAS BY STAIRS LACKING PAINT. INFORMED TENANT N.P.O. DOES NOT ADDRESS COSMETICS AND THAT THEY WERE NON-ISSUES. NO NOV WAS ISSUED, WILL CONTACT MANAGEMENT WITH FINDINGS FROM GFCI REQUIREMENTS. PICTURES WERE TAKEN. SMOKE DETECTORS WERE CHECKED AND WORKING. * COPIES OF NOTICE OF ENTRY AND WORK ORDER FOR KITCHEN SINK WERE ATTACHED.
