INFORMED RICK CITY HAD RECEIVED COMPLAINT CONCERNING EXTENSION CORD WAS BEING USED TO SUPPLY PWOER BUT COMPLAINT DID NOT SPECIFY WHERE POWER WAS BEING SUPPLIED TO. RICK SHOWED DNR COVERTER USED TO CHANCE DC TO AC POWER. CONVERTER HAS BEEN CONNECTED TO TRUCK AND POWERS POWER TOOLS USED TO CLEAN ASSORTED APPLAINCES. PICKS THEM UP FROM DIFFERENT COMPANIES AND CLEANS AND MAKES SURE THERE WORKING AND SELLS THEM TO USED APPLAINCE COMPANIES. MOBILE HOME APPROX. 10 FOOT BY 40 FOOT IS ON SITE AND BELONGS TO RICK. ASKED IF DNR INSPECTOR COULD ENTER STRUCTURE AND IF STRUCTURE IS BEING RENOVATED. WALKED INTERIOR OF STRUCTURE. WALLS HAVE BEEN GUTTED BATHROOM FIXTURES HAVE BEEN REMOVED AS WELL AS FURNACE. NO SIGNS OF BEING OCCUPIED WERE FOUND. CHECK EXTERIOR FOR WATER AND SEWER CONNECTION, NONE WERE FOUND. RICK HAS CONTRACT WITH DENISE THAT ALLOWS HIM TO BE ON PROPERTY AND WORK ON TRAILER. CHECK WITH DENISE AND INFORMATION CHECKS OUT. ACCORDING TO RICK PROPERTY IS ZONED FOR COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL USE. BOTH HE AND HIS WIFE ARE STAYING AT ORACLE VILLAGE APTS #261 PHONE # 888-3949. HE STATED THEY HAVE BEEN ON PROPERTY FOR TWO WEEKS. TRAILER IS SECURED WHEN HE LEAVES PROPERTY. ALL OPENINGS ARE SECURED WITH BOARDS AND ENTRY DOORS WITH LATCH AND PAD LOCKS. PROPERTY IS VERY CLEAN, NO TRASH AND OR DEBRIS. TOOK PICTURES OF SIGNED CONTRACT BETWEEN RICK AND DENISE AS WELL AS PICTURES FO OWNERSHIP OF TRAILER. NO HOUSING ISSUES WERE PRESENT IN TRAILER AND ON PROPERTY. COMPLAINT APPEARS INVALID. WILL CONTACT INSP. 2 RICK SALDATE AND INFORM OF FINDINGS. PICTURES WERE ALSO TAKEN OF INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF STRUCTURE AND SHOWS NO CONNECTIONS AND SIGNS OF WASTE WATER BEING DUMPED ONTO PROPERTY. |
