BOTH STATED NO WORK ORDER REQUEST HAS BEEN MADE BY TENANT. PLUMBING CONTRACTOR IS WORKING ON CHILLER SYSTEM AND MAY HAVE BEEN THE CAUSE OF SOME SEDIMENT IN WATER SUPPLY. OFFER WAS MADE TO TENANT TO BE PLACED IN ANOTHER UNIT AND TENANT REFUSED. DNR INSPECTOR AND MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR CHECKED OUT DECKING, NO STRUCTURAL HAZARDS WERE EVIDENT. NO EXCESSIVE WARPING, NO CRACK IN BOARDS USE FOR DECKING. DID FIND SEVERAL NAIL WITH HEADS STICKING UP. ON SITE MANAGER (MAINTENANCE SUPER) RESET NAILS. NO OTHER COMPLAINTS WERE VISABLE AT TIME OF INSPECTION. NOXIOUS PEST WERE NOT PRESENT NONE WERE THERE. ANY SIGNS SUCH AS BEE HIVES AND WASP NEST. TENANT HAD NO OTHER COMPLAINT LISTED ON COMPLAINT FORM. INVALID. NEW DECKING AND STAIRS ARE SCHEDULED FOR REHAB IN DEC. ACCORDING TO MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR.
