ADDITION TO SOUTH IS BEDROOMS, HALLWAY AND BATHROOM. HAVE ADDED ELECTRICAL CIRCUITS, HEATER, WOOD BURNING STOVE AND ALL NECESSARY PLUMBING INCLUDING WATER AND SANITARY LINES. STRUCTURE TO EAST OF CONVERTED BARN ARE OLDER STABLES MADE OF BLOCK WITH WOOD AND CORREGATED ROOF. MAY HAVE BEEN PERMITTED. WHATEVER ELECTRICAL WAS UNDER PERMIT HAS BEEN MODIFIED TO POINT OF REQUIRING NEW PERMIT. ROMEX STRUNG THROUGHOUT WITH LIGHT FIXTURES, SWITCHES, RECEPTICLES AND JUNCTION BOXES. OWNER HAS CONVERTED 2-STALLS INTO OFFICE AND STORAGE ROOM. HAS BUILT RAMADA THAT COULD NEVER HAVE MET CODES IN COUNTY.
