09/09/2004 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT JCRAIG Approved AT SITE I MET AND SPOKE TO TENANT. UNIT WAS INSPECTED, TENANT IS ANGRY THAT I AM AT HIS UNIT. HE WANTED ALL UNITS INSPECTED. NOT JUST HIS, HE NOW STATES HE WILL BE KICKED OUT OF HIS UNIT NOW DUE TO COT INSPECTION, HE DID ALLOW INSPECTION OF UNIT. NO DNR ISSUES FOUND AS STATED BY TENANT, ALL ISSUES FOUND INVALID. I DID FIND THAT THERE WAS A PLUMBING COMPANY AT SITE USING A CLEANOUT SNAKE ON ANOTHER BUILDING. #1300. AT SITE PLUMBER CLEAN-UP STANDING WATER AND USED LIME TO KILL GERMS. INVALID CASE.
