05/25/2004 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT JCRAIG Correction Required ELECT SEWER-SITE PHOTOS OF PROPERTY AND ISSUES W/O PERMITS. OWNER UNITS - OR RENTALS-TRASH IN PARK ENTIRE MH. PARK WAS WALKED AND INSPECTED TODAY THE MAIN ELECT SYSTEM OF 600 AMPS AND TRANSFORMER INCLUDING SUPPORTS ARE IN NORMAL FASHION AND SAFE. THE PARK HAS APPRX. 50-70 UNITS WITH ONLY APPROX. 10-15% OF THEM RENTALS. UNITS 166-143-145-160-171-173-174-180-115-116-125-136 ARE PARKED OWNED AND ARE RENTALS. THE REMAINING 85% ARE ARE PRIVATE HOMES. ALL UNITS ARE USING STATNDARD SUPPLY CORDS TO PEDESTAL ELECTRICAL METERS, ALL ELECTRICAL METERS ARE AT UNITS (1) METER BASE WAS MISSING OUTLET COVER-UNDER BREAKER DOOR. NO SEWER LEAKS WERE FOUND AT PROPERTY. THERE ARE (2) UNITS (RV) USING FLEX WASTE PIPE. I DID FIND OUT OF APPROX. 70 UNITS (7) ADDED SMALL PORCHES OR ROOMS ADDED. (PERMITS??) I ALSO FOUND (2) JMV. (1) WAS FROM DIFFERENT ADDRESS 3335. THERE WAS MINOR TRASH IN SOME OF THE PRIVATE UNIT YARDS IN THE REAR BEHIND SOME FENCES. (1) UNIT WAS ALSO BEING INSTALLED AND GAS SERVICE PENDING THIS IS A PRIVATE UNIT-UNIT INSTALLED JUST A FEW DAYS AGO. APPROX. (45) PHOTOS WERE TAKEN AT SITE. I DID SPEAK TO PROPERTY MANAGER AT SITE (BONNIE). SHE DID GIVE ME A LAYOUT MAP AND HER RENTAL UNIT LIST. PENDING CASE REVIEW BY C-2 OF DNR.
