AFTER SPEAKING TO HIM FOR SOME TIME HE DECIDED NOT TO ALLOW ME ACCESS INTO HOME AND STATED ALL OTHER CONVERSATIONS NEED TO BE WITH RITA HALL, NOT HIM. I COULD NOT GET ACCESS INTO HOME TO VERIFY HEATER SOURCE. HE ALSO STATED IT WAS HIS CHOICE NOT TO USE MAIN HEATER. SPOKE WITH INSPECTOR II RICK S. ON CASE. HE STATES SINCE I CANNOT VERIFY THE HEATING SOURCE I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO ACT ON IT. I CALLED RITA HALL AT 888-5851 NO ANSWER. |
