POOL AREA, AS LEAVING WALKED AROUND POOL BARRIER FENCE, FOUND WHERE WROUGHT SUPPORT BARS WERE MISSING AND BENT OUT OF SHAPE AND PULLED AWAY, THIS ALLOWED FOR AN 9" OPENING AT THE TOP AND A 13" OPENING AT THE BOTTOM, WENT TO MANAGERS OFFICE NO ONE AROUND, CALLED NUMBER ON SIGN RECIEVED VOICE MAIL AND ANOTHER NUMBER FOR MAINTENANCE ISSUES, CALLED THAT NUMBER ALSO RECIEVED VOICE MAIL, LEFT MESSAGE AT BOTH NUMBERS WITH RETURN NUMBER FOR CONTACT. SOME TIME LATER APPOX. 45 MINUTES STILL NO RETURN CALLS, THERE WAS ANOTHER CONTRACTOR ON SITE MAKING A/C REPAIR, I ASKED IF HE HAD DIFFERENT CONTACT NUMBER HE DID NOT, BUT WHILE ON SITE MANAGER DID CALL CONTRACTOR WORKING ON A/C TO SEE IF REPAIRED, HE PUT ME IN CONTACT WITH MANAGER, CHASITY VALENZUELA, I EXPLAINED ISSUES ABOUT POOL BARRIER FENCING AND EXPLAINED THAT REPAIRS HAD TO MADE TODAY TO SEAL UP OPENING SHE STATED SHE WOULD GET AHOLD OF MAINTENANCE AND WOULD HAVE SOME ONE COME BY TO MAKE REPAIRS, STEVE MAINTENANCE TECH DID SHOW UP AND LOOK AT ISSUES, HE STATED HE WOULD HAVE TO GO GET SUPPLIES AND WOULD BE BACK, HE DID RETURN WITH SUPPLIES AND MADE REPAIRS, POOL IS NOW SECURED, HE MADE REPAIRS WITH CONDUIT PIPING AND L-BRACKETS, HOLE HAS BEEN CLOSED, POOL BARRIER FENCING STILL NEEDS A LITTLE MORE WORK BUT IS SECURED AT THIS TIME, DONE NOTICE AND ORDER FOR 0 DAYS TO SECURE AND 30 DAYS TO MAKE OTHER REPAIRS. HAND DELIVERED NOTICE AND ORDER TO STEVEN KRYEMINSKI, MAINTENANCE TECH. FOLLOW UP 30 DAYS.
