A REAR STORAGE SHED HAS BEEN FOUND UNSTABLE AND WITH ROTTED SECTIONS TO THE SOUTHSIDE OF UNIT. THE INSIDE INSPECTION DID SHOW ALOT OF MAINT. ISSUE'S ON THE OWNER PART. \ROOF LEAKING IN BEDROOM,LIVINGROOM. FRONT DOOR LOCKS BROKEN AND MISSING. PLASTER DAMAGE FROM IMPACTS TO ALL WALLS IN ALL ROOMS. BATHROOM #1 TUB CONTROLS ARE BROKEN AND OR MISSING-TOLIET DOES WORK BY HAND CONTROL. BATHROOM # 2 THE TUB AND OR SHOWER IS WORKING, THE TOLIET IS NOT. THE OWNERS BEDROOM DID HAVE ITEMS OF PERSONAL STORAGE, YET IT WAS CLEAN (IE) TRASH-FOOD WASTE OR CAT WASTE WAS NOT FOUND INSIDE UNIT. THERE WAS ALSO A ELECT. COOLER CONTROL SWITCH INSTALLED BY OWNER TWO DAYS AGO THAT WAS NOT RE-INSTALLED IN WALL J-BOX AND MISSING COVER PLATE. THE MAIN ELECT. SERVICE WAS INSPECTED AND IS IN SERVICE AT THIS TIME W/O HAZARDS. THE MAIN GAS SERVICE INSTALL INSTALLED AND IN SERVICE AT THIS TIME ALSO. THE KITCHEN STOVE HAS BEEN REMOVE BY PROPERTY OWNER AND OWNER USES A MICROWAVE AND TOASTER OVEN, THE KITCHEN COUNTERTOPS AND SINK SEEMED IN A NORMAL FASHION, THE UNIT DOES NOT HAVE CARPET AT THIS TIME IT ALSO HAS BEEN REMOVED BY OWNER. THE UNIT DID NOT HAVE ANY BROKEN WINDOWS AND THE COOLING SYSTEM IS WORKING WELL, THE HOTWATER TANK IS INSTALLED AND ALSO WORKING IN A NORMAL FASHION . THE CURRENT GAS TYPE HEATER INSTALLED IN UNIT IS NOT ON PER OWNERS REQUEST, THE THERMOSTAT TO THE UNIT HAS BEEN DAMAGED AND AT THIS TIME I WAS UNABLE TO START UNIT, YET IT DOES SEEM TO BE ABLE TO START IF THERMOSTAT WAS INSTALLED (NEW). THE UNIT WAS ALSO FOUND WITH THE REQUIRED WATER SERVICE AT THE METER.A CALL WAS LEFT WITH APS TO CONTACT DNR AND A REQUEST ALSO FOR STATEMENTS CONCERNING REPAIR HELP FROM APS AND OR THE CASEWORKER. A NOTICE AND ORDER WILL GO OUT TODAY CONCERNING THESE ISSUE'S: TRASH AND WEEDS-JUNK IN YARD. IMPROPER ELECT. COOLER CONTROLS. IMPROPER USE OF GAS LINES INSIDE HOME. UNSTABLE STORAGE UNIT. REF. TO CSC TO HELP OWNER. PENDING CONTACT FROM APS. PENDING CONTACT FROM DSD.DSD AGREES THAT GAS PIPE PASS THE AGA SHUT-OFF MUST BE CAPPED UNTIL USED AT A LATER DATE. |
