A LARGE ROOFING TRUCK IS PARKED CENTER OF FRONT YARD REMAINING ROOF SINCE 5-11-04. A POOL WAS FOUND IN THE REAR YARD AREA NORTH OF DRIVEWAY. THIS POOL IS ABOVE GROUND DOUGHBOY TYPE WITH 52" SIDE WALLS (APPROX. 4 1/2 FEET). AT THIS TIME THE POOL HAS FACTORY COVER OVER WATER AND LADDER IS NOT INSTALLED. LADDER IS STORED NEAR REAR YARD AND ROOFING TRUCK, ALSO PHOTOS TAKEN OF REAR YARD AND OF POOL AND LADDER ISSUES. I DID SPEAK TO OWNER AT SITE. POOL CODES WERE GIVEN QUESTIONS. NO DNR ISSUES FOUND AT SITE. AND NO NOTICE TO FOLLOW. PHOTOS WILL BE IN FILE.
