NEW HOT WTER HEATER INSTALLED W/O PERMITS AND MISSING P.R. VALVE PIPE. UNIT 6370 - REAR ALSO HAS ISSUES THAT WILL REQUIRE A NOTICE: ROOF LEAKING IN LR. NO SMOKE ALARMS, BROKEN DOOR JAM.
