UNIT LACKING STAIRS AND HAND RAILS AND 2ND DOOR OPENING.BROKEN WINDOW AT EAST END OF TRAILER. UNIT #18 EXTERIOR CLEAN-OUT TO SEWER IMPROPERLY PLUMBED AND BROKEN. OLD COOLER OPENING NEEDS TO BE COVERED OR ENCLOSED.WASHER VENT/DRAIN LACKING A P-TRAP.RECEPTICLE FOR WASHER IS BROKEN AND LACKS WEATHER PROOF BOX . CONDUIT MOUNTED TO EXTERIOR OF TRAILER HAS OPEN WIRES, REMOVE OR REPLACE. 220 CIRCUIT ADDED FOR DRYER LACKS WEATHER PROOF BOX AND HAS EXPOSED WIRING(WORK W/O PERMITS). LAUNDRY ROOM: REPAIR OR REPLACE HOTWATER HEATER, UNIT LACKS DRAIN, CORRECT GAS LINE, AND TEMP- CONTROL DIAL.EXTERIOR SINK NEEDS TO BE REMOVED. REMOVE AND REPLACE INTERIOR TILE(TILE COMING UP). INSTALL COVER TO FLOOR DRAIN. WALL RECEP INSIDE OF WALL NEEDS TO BE FLUSH.DRYER RECEPTICLE HAS OPEN GROUND. 2ND DRYER WIRING NEEDS TO BE IN CONDUIT, BOX HAS MISSING KNOCK-OUT, ADDED CIRCUIT W/O PERMITS. CEILING SAGGING, NEEDS REPAIRS. EXTERIOR PANEL MISSING A KNOCK-OUT, REMOVE WASPS NEST INSIDE. LAUNDRY/STORAGE: ELECTRICAL CIRCUITS HAVE BEEN ADDED, WIRES EXPOSED.RECEPTICLE BOXES MISSING COVER PLATES. APPLIANCE CORD BEING USED IN LIEU OF ROMEX. UNIT 16: STEPS LACK HANDRAILS,WHICH WILL NEED TO BE ATTACHED TO THE STRUCTURE. LIVING ROOM WINDOW BROKEN. EXTERIOR LIGHT BOX OPEN WITH EXPOSED WIRES. GAS METER NEEDS TO BE PROPERLY SECURED. WASTE VENT NEEDS TO BE PROPERLY INSTALLED AND SECURED TO THE STRUCTURE. ELECTRICAL LIFE LINE AND PLUGG NOT THE PROPER TYPE.
