LAST YEAR DUE TO EGRESS AND NO HEAT OR GAS SERVICE. THERE WAS NO DEAD DOG AT THAT TIME (SEE CASE UNIT B). THE IS OPEN NOW UNIT B, IT IS VERY. 3813-3815 B CLEAN. POTOS WERE TAKEN AT SITE YET IN BACK OF UNIT A. THERE IS DOG WASTE, OLD CARPET WITH DOG WASTE ON IT FOLDED UP ON TABLE. I ASKED TENANT IF I COULD MEET HIM HERE, HE STATED HE DON'T WANT ANYONE INSIDE DUE TO TICKS. TENANT HAS MOVED OUT PER HIS STATEMENTS.. NO DNR ISSUES. CLOSE CASE.
