03/12/2004 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT JCRAIG Approved EMAILED SW AND C CRUZ W/ PROPER UPDATE. SITE VISIT WAS DONE, I DID REVIEW REAR YARD OF 2626 E COPPER, I DID NOT FIND WASHER IN REAR OR SIDE YARD. I DID FIND POND THAT HAD BEEN DRAINED VIA A WATER HOSE, POINTING TO THE ADDRESS WEST OF UNIT. YET ALL DIRT WAS DRY. SEND EMAIL TO SW (SEE) PACKET ABOUT FINDING. AT THIS TIME NO ISSUE WAS FOUND. PHOTO WAS TAKEN OF REAR YARD. INVALID COMPLAINT.
