THEY ARE LOOSE AND UNSTABLE. HANDLE HAS FALLEN OFF OF OVEN DOOR. PHOTOS WERE TAKEN AT SITE. THE REST OF THE APTS HAVE MANY VACANT UNITS ON SITE WITH BROKEN WINDOWS, SOME WALKWAYS OR DECKS HAVE SOME ROTTED AREA AND POOR PATCH JOBS. LOOSE PLASTER ON SOME OVERHANGS. THE WASHROOM- I FOUND MISSING OUTLET COVERS. I ALSO FOUND POOL GREEN IN COLOR. YET GATES ARE LOCKED WITH CHAIN AND PAD LOCKS. I FOUND MANY UNITS WITH OUTDOOR BBQ PITS NEXT TO DOORS. AND WALLS CODE DOES NOT ALLOW FOR CLOSE PLACEMENT. NOTICE TO FOLLOW. PHOTOS TAKEN AT SITE. LARGE AMOUNTS OF PIGEON WASTE. |

FRONT PORCH LIGHT WIRES IMPROPER AND BARE. NOTICE TO FOLLOW. TENANT CAN'T MOVE TO DIFFERENT UNIT DUE TO COST OF RENT. |
