WHILE ON SITE SPOKE TO MAINT. PERSON WHO STATED A TENANT WHOS NAME MATCHED THE COMPLAINTANT'S NAME LIVED IN THE FRONT UNIT 570 #1. MET WITH THAT TENANT SHO STATED SHE DID NOT CALL FOR AN INSPECTION. THE OWNER WAS ON SITEE BECAUSE HE HAD JUST REPALCED HER KITCHEN STOVE WITH A NEW STOVE. CALLED PHONE NUMBER ON COMPLAINT FORM WHICH HAD BEEN CHANGED. PERSON WHO ANSWERED STATED INSPECTOR HAD A WRONG NUMBER. NEW MAIN SERVICE METERS HAVE BEEN ADDED TO UNITS 560, 570 & 580 S RUBIO AV. WILL RESEARCH FOR PERMITS. AFTER RESEARCH FOUND ALL METERS WERE PERMITED IN 2001. PERMITS HAVE EXPIRED AND WERE NOT FINALED. WILL CONTACT ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR WITH FINDINGS. |
