AGO, ALSO LINDA STATED THAT SHE IS HAVING AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM WITH 2 CONVENIENCE OUTLETS, ONE IN LIVING ROOM ON EAST WALL, THE OTHER IS IN BEDROOM ON WEST WALL, CONVENIENCE OUTLETS ARE BACK TO BACK, RESIDENT DID SHOW WHERE SHE HAS BEEN USING A FLOOR SPACE HEATER, AMPS. ON SPACE ARE TO HIGH AND I BELIEVE THIS IS WHERE PROBLEM LIES, WENT TO NEIGHBORS AND ASKED ABOUT HIS WATER AND RESIDENT (JIM) STATED HE HAD NO HOT WATER EITHER, ASKED JIM ABOUT HOW LONG HE HAS BEEN OUT AND HE STATED SINCE YESTERDAY, AND STATED THAT HE HAS NOT HAD ANY OTHER PROBLEM WITH HOT WATER, OTHER THAN WHEN IT'S BEING WORKED ON, WENT TO OFFICE AND TALKED WITH MANAGER LISA, LISA STATED THAT ON FRIDAY THEY HAD TO CALL McCOOK BOILER OUT DUE TO A PROBLEM WITH BOILER, McCOOK BOILER FOUND CIRCULATING PUMP WENT OUT, ALSO FOUND FLOW SWITCH WAS BAD, REPLACED CIRCULATING PUMP WHICH WAS ON HAND BUT BAND-AIDED THE FLOW SWITCH FOR THE WEEK-END AND HAD TO GET FLOW SWITCH TODAY, McCOOK BOILER WAS OUT THIS MORNING TO FINISH REPAIRS, HAD ANOTHER PROBLEM AND WAS CALL BACK OUT IN AFTERNOON TO FINISH REPAIRS, HAVE COPY OF INVOICE IN FILE, ALSO TALKED WITH LISA ABOUT ELECTRICAL ISSUE IN APT 486 LISA STATED SHE WOULD HAVE MAINTENANCE GO UP AND CHECK IT OUT, WILL FAX ME COPY OF WORK ORDER WHEN MAINTENANCE CHECKS IT OUT. ALSO TALKED WITH DEAN McCOOK (OWNER) AND HE STATED THAT THEY ARE ON SITE AS WE SPEAK AND WILL HAVE HOT WATER BACK UP IN ABOUT 15 MINUTES, McCOOK # 623-5788 (DEAN) MGMT. # 886-3495, WILL CALL AND CONFIRM WHEN HOT WATER IS RESTORED. WHILE ON SITE TRYING TO FIND OFFICE WALKED AROUND POOL AND LAUNDRY ROOM FOUND THAT ALL FLORESENT LIGHT INSTALLED HAS NO PROTECTION IN LAUNDRY AND IN MGMT OFFICE, N/O TO FOLLOW ON ELECTRICAL ISSUE IN APT 486, AND EXPOSED FLORESENT TUBES.
