PLASTER DAMAGE IN BATH, BEDROOM CLOSET. MISSING COOLER GRILLES (INDOOR), EX-FAN COVER (KITCHEN) VERY POOR WEATHER SEALS AROUND ALL (3) DOORS. MISSING GAS SHUT TO HEATER. IMPROPER FLUE PIPE ON H.W. HEATER. PHOTOS WERE TAKEN AT SITE AND ARE WITH CASE FILE. NOTICE TO FOLLOW. |
