WEST FENCE HAS DAMAGED BY WIND & IS LEANING OVER CREATING OPENING ON SOUTH & NORTH ENDS OF POOL. REPAIRES TO CLOSE GAP ARE INADQUATE & WILL REQUIRE REPAIR & OR REPALCEMENT. CHAIN LINK FENCING LACKING SLATTING DUE TO OPENING ARE LARGER THAN 1"1/8. FENCING AT 48". 5' FENCING HAS BEEN INSTALLED OVER 4' FENCING. PICTURES WERE TAKEN OF POOL VIOLATIONS. WILL ISSUE N.O.V. FOR POOL & HOUSING VIOLATION. WILL ALLOW 30 DAYS FOR ALL VIOLATIONS TO BE ABATED.
12/09/2003 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE HLOPEZ Correction Required VISITED SITE ON FOLLOW UP INSPECTION, NEW SECTION OF 5' FENCING APPROX. 40' LONG HAS BEEN REPAIRED. MANAGER HAS REMOVED CHAINS AT CORNERS OF POOL ENCLOSURE TO SECURE FENCE AGAINST FENCE POLES. INSTALLATION OF NEW SELF CLOSING, SELF LATCHING GATE AND HARDWARE, NEW LACING FOR CHAIN LINK FENCING HAVE BEEN COMPLETED. OWNER HAS COMPLIED. CLOSE THIS PART OF CASE.
